Breakfast:
Rolls or bread with cold cuts of your choice, you can also have something sweet with jam, but no more than 2 rolls (if you want to eat even quicker, avoid carbohydrates altogether, then you can have scrambled eggs without bread for breakfast)

Lunch:
everything except carbohydrates

Dinner:
no fruit, no carbohydrates, only fried or steamed fish/meat with vegetables

Exercise for breakfast:
in the morning 1 x 15 squats, 1 x 15 push-ups and repeat the whole thing three times
Later, you can increase the squats and push-ups to 20 and the sets to five.
